ABOUT SIMON

Simon Montague is a sophomore at Carleton College. He began playing Ultimate in 6th grade at Seattle Academy of Arts and Science and was playing with the High School team by the time he reached 8thgrade. He took 3rd place with SAAS at the USA Ultimate HS Western Championships in 2008 and 2009.

Montague also played with Seattle’s youth club team and won USAU Youth Club Championships in 2007, 2008 and 2009. In 2010, he was selected to the USA Junior National Team and won gold at World Ultimate Junior Championships in Heilbronn, Germany.

This year Montague featured as one of Carleton College’s (2010-present) main handlers and added a USAU College Championship to his resume. He took home silver with Carleton in 2010.

Montague played open club with Sub Zero (2010) and is now a member of Seattle’s Sockeye (2011-present).

He will graduate from Carleton College in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
